- Take art & technology to areas of the community where it does not already exist
- To encourage involvement in the creative process and develop self confidence through the discovery of practicable abilities
- Create opportunities for the application of new skills
- Emphasise the importance of art in everyday life
- Provide environmentally sustainable facilities for people who's access is limited owing to disability, age, location, or finance.
